Sobyanin: Five children's clinics opened in Moscow after reconstruction
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced today, October 14, on his Telegram channel about the reconstruction of five children's clinics and their opening in different parts of the city.
At the same time, the building of the clinic on Vernaya Street was almost completely rebuilt.
"According to new Moscow standards, doctors' offices are conveniently located in polyclinics," the mayor said. "A comfortable waiting room has been created for patients and parents, and a cozy restroom for doctors and nurses."
According to him, the building is equipped with the most modern equipment, allowing patients to receive various types of diagnostics. There are also additional treatment rooms. The area around the renovated clinic has been landscaped.
The mayor recalled that the modernization of outpatient and polyclinic services in the capital began in 2020.
"Two hundred buildings have been restored," Sobyanin said. "The second stage will include about 140 clinics, of which 24 renovated buildings have already been opened. We plan to complete the work in 2025."
- The clinic premises are located in such a way as to reduce queues in the corridors.
- The waiting room has air conditioning, a water cooler, a TV and a sofa.
- The department is equipped with the latest medical equipment, including ultrasound machines, ENT machines, ophthalmological and physiotherapeutic equipment, operating room equipment, and functional diagnostics.
- For children with symptoms of infection, open a separate entrance through a filter box to separate the flow of healthy patients from the sick.
- For young parents there is a space for healthy children, where they can learn how to care for newborns.
A recreation area and a children's playground are being built next to the clinic, and additional trees and flower beds are being planted.
