The Novy Urengoy Central City Hospital (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug) presented a Baby Yamal box to the parents of newborn Lazar Bogning from Cameroon (Africa). The child's father lived in Russia for 15 years and received four higher educations. His wife came to Novy Urengoy to join her husband in 2022. URA.RU learned about this from a message from the Central City Hospital.
"The parents of newborn Lazar Borgning are from Cameroon. The baby's father, Leonce, has been living and working in Russia for 15 years, during which time he received four higher educations. In 2017, Leonce moved to Novy Urengoy, and in 2022, his wife Falon came to join her husband. Today, the mother and little Lazar were discharged from the hospital and, according to tradition, a box was given to "baby Yamal," the Novy Urengoy Central District Hospital wrote on its Telegram channel.
The hospital noted that Lazar's parents are teachers and speak the official language of Cameroon, teaching children in Novy Urengoy English and French. Even the city's youth knows Leonce as a popular DJ.
