Ukraine's "Victory Plan" includes provisions for long-range strikes deep into Russian territory. The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported that details of the document were revealed by Mykhailo Podolyak, an aide to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
The official said the "victory plan" included a detailed strategy for Kyiv, including military, economic, political and diplomatic measures. He also said it involved a request for a significant number of long-range missiles, including ATACMS and Storm Shadow, and permission for them to attack Russia.
Moreover, according to Podolyak, without additional support from Ukraine, the conflict will continue for years, which will undermine the authority of Western countries.
On October 12, an adviser in Zelensky's office promised to present Ukraine with a "victory plan." He said the main direction was given to the West. Podolyak is also confident that Zelensky will effectively present this plan to the public, adding details and explaining its importance for Ukraine.
