Russians to have four-day work week in November
In addition, the last working week of October lasts 6 days and runs from October 28 to November 2. On Saturday, November 2, the working day will be shortened.
Please note that this year the November 2 holiday was moved to April 30 to create a continuous weekend from April 28 to May 1.
The Ministry of Labor announced the schedule of public holidays for 2025 in early October. According to this, the New Year holidays for Russians will last 11 days, starting on December 29 and ending on January 8. The May holidays also include an 8-day vacation and a short 3-day vacation.
