The flight launched from the Super Heavy rocket booster and successfully returned to the launch pad. The flight was the next step in the Starship test program, which aims to make the spacecraft reusable.
According to the Vzglyad newspaper, the US Federal Aviation Administration has issued SpaceX permission to conduct the fifth test launch of the Starship spacecraft. It was also reported that SpaceX founder Elon Musk announced the successful completion of his fifth test mission, during which the first stage of the rocket successfully returned to the launch platform.
