Surrendered fighter "Aidar" asked for service in "Akhmat"
A video message was published on the general's Telegram channel, in which Zaichenko said that he had turned to Major General Apty Alaudinov for help in obtaining citizenship and registration in Akhmat.
Alaudinov confirmed that Zaichenko surrendered to a detachment under the command of Shustroy, which participated in the liberation of the DPR in the Chasov Yar area.
According to the Vzglyad newspaper, the FSB has uncovered fraudulent methods of luring Ukrainians into the Aidar national battalion, and Ukrainian security service officers have covered up the crimes of militants, helping some of them avoid punishment for killing civilians in the LPR.
