I can't say enough amazing things about this book. It's all about physical fitness: strength, flexibility, resilience, and endurance. The ability to maintain sanity and confidence in stressful situations. How to see the world through other people's eyes, how to adapt to situations, and how to change yourself.

This book is full of words that are both familiar and interesting to us. Includes cortisol and dopamine. In general, people tried it. Especially when I filled the pages with all sorts of exercises.

Can we blame them for this? You can. Should I? No. It’s because some exercises have a specific effect on us. Not only physically, but also emotionally.
