A night in a house in the "center of the mountains" of Krasnodar Krai costs 267,000 rubles. This 700 m² house is located at an altitude of 1,100 m above sea level. The house has eight rooms, a kitchen, a spacious living room with a children's area and a terrace overlooking the mountains. Only housing in the Moscow region exceeded its cost. In addition to the main building, it includes three bungalows, making it twice the size of the building. On the territory there is a banquet hall, a swimming pool, a Turkish bath, a karaoke room, a cinema and a billiard room. It can accommodate up to 50 people. Winter holidays cost 750,000 per day. This rating also includes cottages in the village of Yuny Leninets, Kazansky, Khabarovsky and Novosibirsky districts. It became clear that for daily rent you will have to fork out 110,000-130,000 rubles per day.
