The Ministry of Health is considering a possible increase in the age limit for alcohol sales
"With regard to the plan to ban the sale of alcoholic beverages to young people under 21, we note that the Russian Ministry of Health has developed a draft action plan to implement the concept of reducing alcohol consumption in the Russian Federation. For the period up to 2030 and beyond," the Ministry of Health's response to the Deputy Minister states.
