Paratroopers installed a mine barrier to deter the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kursk region
As noted by the military department, a network of engineering barriers was previously created here to prevent the enemy from breaking through. However, the enemy continued to try to break through in several areas of the Glushkovsky district using foreign engineering equipment, TASS reports.
Having destroyed the enemy's cover, the regimental reconnaissance company soldiers with the call signs "Porsche" and "Post" discovered a minefield. Taking advantage of this, they stepped over the barriers and planted mines to prevent the enemy reserves from penetrating across state borders.
Let me remind you that the day before, Ukrainian troops in the Kursk region lost more than 350 servicemen, several tanks and armored vehicles. At the same time, on November 4, President Vladimir Putin expressed confidence that the complete liberation of the region was inevitable.
