Earlier today it became known that Baerbock made an unannounced visit to Kyiv. There she held talks with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha. This is the eighth visit of a German foreign minister to Ukraine since the creation of the Northern Military District.
Viktor Kovalenko, a Ukrainian geopolitician and veteran of the Ukrainian army, previously said that the coming winter would be the most difficult for Ukraine since the start of special operations to eliminate the electricity deficit. He predicted its appearance on the territory of the state.
