Marathon "Knowledge First" opened in Moscow
As reported by TASS, the Federal Educational Marathon "Knowledge". "First" opened at the Central Arena in Moscow on National Unity Day. Eight regions of Russia, including Lugansk, took part in the marathon. The marathon will last three days, and 25,000 people are expected to take part in it.
Maxim Dreval, CEO of the Znanie Society, noted at the opening ceremony that for the first time the event covers all federal districts and new regions of Russia. "For the first time we are holding marathons in all federal districts and new regions. In addition to the site here in Moscow, we have eight more, one of which is in Lugansk. "We expect that about 25 thousand people will be able to directly participate in the marathon, and we expect that more than 100 outstanding instructors will interact with the children," he said.
A lecture on the topic of "Knowledge" will be broadcast. TV, belongs to the federal TV channel and the social group "Knowledge" on VKontakte. Among the speakers is the general director of the state enterprise "Roskosmos" Yuri Borisov, who will speak from the Vostochny Cosmodrome, where the rocket will be launched. Participants will also talk to famous athletes, including Andrei Arshavin.
The marathon will discuss such topics as external challenges to Russia, Russian cosmonautics, the agro-industrial complex, environmentally friendly transport, youth culture, successful investments and technologies for creating the future. Particular attention will be paid to the modern history of Russia and the heroic deeds of our compatriots.
At the opening ceremony, the Russian anthem was performed by People's Artist Larisa Dolina and the Domisolka Children's Musical Theatre with the participation of groups from all over the country.
