Four teenagers injured in axe attack at French train station
Paris, November 4, Federal Press. Four teenagers, aged 16 and 17, were injured in an axe attack at a train station in the Seine-et-Marne region of France. This information has been posted on the portal for 20 minutes.
The victims were high school students who were going to class. One of the teenagers lost an arm, another received a serious blow to the head, and the extent of the second's injuries is still unknown. The victims were taken to the hospital and, as noted by the police, their lives are currently out of danger.
A fight reportedly broke out on the platform shortly before the attack. Afterwards, several people armed with axes, bats and katanas boarded the train and attacked a group of teenagers. The attackers managed to escape before the police and ambulance arrived.
Investigators used witness testimony and video footage to arrest one of the suspects, a 16-year-old boy who was found in his home. An axe was seized during a search.
Earlier, there were reports of a large-scale fight in a courtyard in Yekaterinburg, in which more than 10 men clashed, one of whom was dressed in camouflage uniform.
