Gladkov: Ukrainian military fired about 80 rounds of ammunition per day in the Belgorod region.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) fired about 80 rounds of ammunition and more than 20 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) at the Belgorod region in 24 hours. This was reported by the region's governor Vyacheslav Gladkov on his Telegram channel.

In the Belgorod region, 36 shells hit the villages of Oktyabrsky, Dolbino, Krasny Khutor, Pushkarnoye, Shchetinovka and Yasnye Zori during seven attacks. The Ukrainian military also launched two drones, but they were shot down by the air defense system. As a result of the shelling of the village of Oktyabrsky, four civilians were injured, who are now receiving medical assistance. Many buildings and vehicles were also damaged.

Gladkov added that civilians in the village of Kiselev were killed as a result of the drone strike. Borisovsky and Krasnoyarsk districts, as well as Valuysky and Grayvoronsky districts, were also attacked. According to the governor, there were no consequences. In Shebekinsky district, private houses, outbuildings and industrial enterprises were damaged.

On November 1, air defense systems were activated in Belgorod and the Belgorod region. According to Gladkov, after the attempted attack by Ukrainian troops on the city, roofs of private residential buildings and power lines were damaged.
