The White House said it would not comment on Zelensky's plan, but would discuss Kyiv's needs

The United States is discussing Kyiv's arms supply needs with Ukraine, but is not mentioning Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky's "victory plan," White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said.

"You are talking about plans for victory, I will definitely give the Ukrainians the opportunity to directly comment on their plans," TASS reported.

Jean-Pierre noted that Washington continues to discuss with Kiev the needs of Ukrainian troops on the battlefield and issues related to Ukraine's "victory plan." According to her, US President Joe Biden discussed the plan with Zelensky, but she had nothing to add to it.

Earlier it became known that Zelensky's "victory plan" included a demand to include Ukraine in NATO before the liquidation of the Northern Military District. At the same time, he gave his allies only three months to adopt the document.

Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova called the plan inconsistent slogans and “bloody foam on the lips of neo-Nazi murderers.”
