An accident occurred in Yaroslavl due to a non-functioning traffic light

In the Zavolzhsky district of Yaroslavl, at the intersection of Mashinostroiteley Avenue and Sergo Ordzhonikidze Street, the traffic light has not been working for more than a week. In early October, a crane boom damaged the cables transmitting signals. This morning, the first accident occurred at the intersection.
- You can't cross the street or drive past it. The most important intersection in the area is intended for children to go to school, to study and to the clinic, residents say on social networks.
Repair work on this traffic light is ongoing and is expected to be completed sometime this week.
