The driver was detained, he turned out to be a 19-year-old Roman from the same village. Three fellow tribesmen (born in 1996, 2002 and 1983) were taken to the police station with him.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against the offenders in accordance with Articles 12.37, 12.7.1, 12.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation and Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Failure to comply with lawful orders of police officers) provides for administrative arrest as a punishment. He was placed under administrative arrest and must appear in court tomorrow for questioning.
