On October 16, the hockey club Traktor (Chelyabinsk) won with a score of 3:1 in the match against Kazan Ak Bars. The "black and white" opened the scoring on their ice in the second period of the game, reports a URA.RU correspondent.
"The match ended with a score of 3:1 in favor of Traktor. The Chelyabinsk team maintained an equal score throughout the game, which allowed Ak Bars to score one goal in the third period," a URA.RU correspondent reported.
The first period ended in a 0:0 draw for the teams. However, in the second quarter, the first goal was scored by Charles Robinson, followed by two goals by forward Vitaly Kravtsov.
The "black and white" remained the leaders in the East, having gained two more points. Traktor's winning streak was interrupted in the last game, having conceded three goals to Omsk's Avangard. This did not prevent the Chelyabinsk hockey players from maintaining first place in the KHL Eastern Conference standings.
