Arbitration in St. Petersburg has banned Deutsche Bank from suing Rushimalliance abroad
Rushimalyans is a joint venture between Gazprom and Rusgazdobycha, which is building a gas processing complex in Ust-Luga. The company is suing several foreign credit institutions that issued bank guarantees for contracts with the German Linde, but refused to fulfill their obligations after the introduction of anti-Russian sanctions. The terminal was supposed to be built by Linde, but it abandoned the project for the same reasons.
