Dmitry Chistyakov on Zenit's third place: "We only conceded four goals"
Zenit defender Dmitry Chistyakov commented on the situation with the team, which currently occupies third place in the Russian Premier League after 11 rounds of play. He told RB Sport that the situation is unacceptable for the players and the club as a whole, but also indicated that the problem may be related to poor implementation of the opportunity.
The defender also noted that each opponent is especially motivated to play against Zenit, which makes the team's task more difficult. He chose Krasnodar and Lokomotiv, which are performing well this season. Krasnodar is undefeated, and Lokomotiv is showing a stable game.
Zenit currently has 26 points, behind the championship leaders Krasnodar and Lokomotiv, who have 27 points each.
