Tickets Were Hard to Get: Exhibition About Viktor Tsoi Amazes St. Petersburg

The authors and producers of the idea are Alexander Karmaev and Agniya Sterligov, creative producer Alexander Tsoi, writer and diplomat Joel Bastenere (France), author of the concept and curator Dmitry Mishenin.
