In Perm, the owner of the Tsekh bakery and Italian canteen is expanding her business
Elizaveta Yeltsova, the owner of the Tsekh bakery and the Italian restaurant-bistro Kultura, plans to increase the number of stores in Perm. She is preparing to open her third bakery. Yeltsova wrote about this on the Masterskaya page of the VKontakte social network.
The new branch of "Masterskaya" will be located in the residential complex "Novy Tsentr". There were some delays with the renovation, but everything is going as usual. I hope to see you in November," Yeltsova said. She added that the new store will be larger than other bakeries.
The first Tsekh cafe opened in April 2021 near the Kristall cinema in Perm. The second facility appeared in the Dominant residential complex in November 2022. The project also existed before, but only in an online format. At that time, Tsekh supplied the restaurant with pastries and desserts. In April 2024, the bakery team opened the first Italian restaurant in Perm. The restaurant serves pasta, sauces, and ice cream with olives and basil.
