Semi-final of the "Flagships of Education" competition is taking place in Kuban
All participants successfully passed the federal competitive selection, and three winners will represent the region at the final in Moscow. The competition is held within the framework of the national project "Education".
Participation in the “educational flagship,” as stated by the regional Minister of Education, Science and Youth Policy Elena Vorobyeva, is a unique opportunity to prove yourself and join the personnel reserve of the federal, regional or municipal education system.
- Last autumn, Anna Kovdiy, a primary school teacher at Krasnodar School No. 100, appeared on the national stage. And since September, the teacher has been working in the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth Policy of the region,” said Elena Vorobyeva.
She noted that participation in the competition allowed teachers to look at the education system from a different angle, expand their professional connections and inspire changes in their lives.
During the remote stage, participants completed tasks in their personal accounts on the Russia – Land of Opportunities platform. They demonstrated knowledge in psychology and pedagogy, functional literacy and project management. Following the remote stage, we received a report containing information on the level of knowledge and recommendations for further development.
In the in-person semi-final, four competition tasks were prepared for the participants, aimed at a comprehensive assessment of the development of transprofessional competencies and professional knowledge. Based on the results of the semi-final, finalists from each region are determined. In November, they will go to Moscow to undergo the final tests, the press service of the regional administration reported.
