"Abnormally high": FAS comments on retail chains' markup on bread
The FAS stated that the rise in bread prices in retail chains was unusually high. This was reported to TASS by the head of the service, Maxim Shaskolsky.
Shaskolsky explained that while it is acceptable to set such a premium on other socially insignificant goods, it is excessive on bread.
