Footage of the rescue of a man who survived 2 months of drifting in the Sea of Okhotsk
According to REN TV sources, the catamaran was discovered by the SRTM Angel during fishing. It says that 15-year-old Ilya P. and his father Sergei P. died during the skid. The only survivor was his father's brother Mikhail P. He is in serious condition.
On August 9, two men and one of their teenage sons were reported to have set sail from Cape Perovsky in Khabarovsk Krai on the catamaran Baikat 470. They are said to have moved to the city of Okha in Sakhalin Oblast.
On August 14, a helicopter with rescuers took off from Khabarovsk to search for two men and a teenager.
