319 Kuban enterprises joined the national project "Labor Productivity"
More than 200 participants have already completed the pilot stream with experts from regional competence centers.
Among them is a specialized service company of the Dinsky district. The company's management shared the results of the implementation of lean technology in the process of laminating PVC profiles with the Deputy Minister of Regional Economy Svetlana Saltanova.
- The company has shown very good results in implementing the national project "Labor Productivity". This has reduced the process time by 18% and increased productivity by 19%. In general, companies in Krasnodar Krai are actively participating in national projects. Currently, there are 319 companies with sales exceeding 1.1 trillion rubles. And each of them makes a significant contribution to increasing labor productivity, which is a key indicator of the region's economic growth," said Svetlana Saltanova.
The Lean tools of the national project allowed Profile-Service to identify losses in the pilot area. Examples include unnecessary movement of personnel and materials around the workplace, long searches for working profiles, and frequent readjustments of lines for laminating different types of profiles.
To optimize the process, production was transferred to another workshop, where specialists from the regional competence center, together with the company's employees, parallelized the regulator's operation, sorted and distributed the profiles along the line, and determined the storage location for the material. In addition, by reducing the length of the working profile, it is possible to increase the efficiency of equipment setup and reduce costs for special film.
- In six months, RMK specialists helped to implement a new production system, organize an efficient workshop and optimize the process of laminating PVC profiles. We have achieved positive results and in the future we plan to transfer all the knowledge and experience gained at the pilot site to the second area of our activity - the warehouse area," said Vice President for Procurement Olga Nepomnyashchaya.
The Profile-Service company sells components from well-known manufacturers for facade systems, windows, street doors and translucent structures such as display cases, glass roofs, canopies and visors, the press service of the regional administration reports.
