In principle, this is an aggressive remark that meters should be installed as soon as possible. Otherwise, disobedient people will have their gas turned off or face large fines.

At first glance, it looks like an official request, but if you check the content, typos and errors, you will see that it is fake. The best thing to do is to call the company providing the service and find out if they really sent such a notice. The contact information provided in the letter should not be used.
