A fisherman caught an 18-kilogram salmon on the Vostochnaya Litsa River
A salmon weighing almost 18 kg was caught in the Vostochnaya Litsa River in the Murmansk Region.
St. Petersburg resident Maxim Yakhontov shared photos of his catch on the public page "Big Salmon Club - Fishing, Fly Fishing, Salmon". In the photo, the fisherman looks pleased, holding a huge salmon in his hand.
One of our subscribers noted that larger salmon were previously caught in the Zapadnaya Litsa River.
“In Zapadnaya Litsa it was 21 kg,” said Petr Khimin.
