According to the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate, the 82-year-old pensioner was crossing the road on the roadway towards the village of Kokol. At that moment, he first collided with a 27-year-old driver in a GAZelle, who then hit the pedestrian, a 31-year-old woman in a Mitsubishi. After that, the body of the unfortunate man was taken away by a 46-year-old woman in a Nissan and a 71-year-old VAZ driver. All the cars were driving one after another, and the drivers did not have time to brake.
The pensioner died on the spot from his injuries. In addition to this accident, a total of 10 people were injured in 47 accidents yesterday.
