The Tyumen Region Ministry of Emergency Situations reported on the cause of the fire in the Dambovsko-Melnikaitsky District. Let me remind you that comprehensive development of the territory is underway in this region. Residents blame the developers for the arson. They say that this is how they forcibly evict people who do not agree with the KRT.
The first fire, according to residents, occurred on Zaimka-Volga Street at the end of May. Outbuildings there burned down. Law enforcement opened a criminal case.
— After conducting a preliminary investigation, it was decided to transfer the report of the crime to the police department. The Ministry of Emergency Situations stated that they found signs of a crime in the article "Intentional destruction or damage to property" on 72.RU.
The next fire occurred in early summer in an uninhabited building on Khabarovskaya. Based on the investigation results, it was decided not to open a criminal case.
We contacted Strana Development with a request to respond to the residents' accusations. The company commented on the situation.
“The project is being implemented in full compliance with the law and with the aim of improving people’s living conditions,” explained Strana Development.
Let me remind you that 8 hectares of land have been allocated for development. This plot borders Dambovskaya Street and stretches from Yelizarov to Melnikaite.
