The head of Ozersk (Chelyabinsk region) Sergei Gergenrider gave the contractor a big "failure" in cleaning the streets after the first snowfall. Neither he nor the residents will tolerate such an attitude, Gergenrider said on October 14.
"The roads are in a terrible state: ruts, mush, nothing is paved. <… > If you don't see your equipment on the road today, we are preparing documents to add you to our register of unscrupulous suppliers. Neither I nor the residents will tolerate such treatment," Gergenreider wrote on her Telegram channel.
The mayor tours the city and countryside on weekends and Monday mornings. Gergenrader is very unhappy with the state of the roads.
