WSJ: Ukraine faces tough winter due to slow Western arms deliveries

Ukrainians will face difficulties this winter due to the lack of troops in the Ukrainian army and the slow supply of Western weapons, the American publication Wall Street Journal (WSJ) wrote about this:

It was also noted that Russian attacks on energy facilities could overwhelm air defenses and cause power outages, which could become more frequent during the cold season. At the same time, Russian troops are capturing more and more territory on the eastern front, the WSJ concluded.

On October 8, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said at a joint press conference with Finnish President Alexander Stubb that Ukraine is facing its worst winter since the civil war. He also emphasized how much of Ukraine's key infrastructure has been destroyed.
