In Chelyabinsk, in the third quarter of 2024, car painters became the highest paid in the automotive industry with an income of 113,000 rubles. In second and third place in terms of earnings in this industry are tire fitters with a salary of 102,000 rubles per month and auto mechanics with a salary of 100,000 rubles per month. This was reported by the press services of Avito Work and Avito Auto.
"The results of the third quarter of 2024 show that the highest-paying position in the industry is a car painter. Employers offer candidates an average of about 112,361 rubles per month for full-time employment. In addition, the number of vacancies for car painters increased by 42%. Applicants received 25% more offers than in the third quarter of 2023," the press service reported.
In addition, over the year, the salary of a tire fitter has increased by 50%, to 101,700 rubles per month. And the salaries of auto mechanics have increased by 30%. These specialists now earn 99,864 rubles per month.
At the same time, in Chelyabinsk, employer demand for auto service specialists has increased by 20% compared to last year. On average, an automotive industry professional can expect to earn 94,465 rubles per month (+29%) when working full-time.
