"78.ru": in the Leningrad region, a worker broke his heel after falling from a height at a construction site

In the Vsevolosiysky District of the Leningrad Region, a worker was injured after falling from 6-meter high scaffolding. This was reported by 78.ru.

The incident took place in the village of Mendsary. The young man was doing roofing work in a private house. He was wearing a helmet and protective gear.

A construction worker was climbing a ladder to the roof to make repairs when he slipped off the ladder and fell 20 feet before he had time to fasten his seat belt. He was taken to hospital with a fractured heel bone.

Earlier in Yekaterinburg, it was reported that a worker who forgot to attach a safety net was blown off the 11th floor by the wind. During the emergency, a strong wind was blowing, and although the worker was wearing a seat belt, the seat belt was not fastened, and the man himself was standing on the edge. He could not stand it and fell. As a result of the accident, a 46-year-old citizen of Tajikistan received life-threatening injuries.
