Medical staff evicted from service apartments after 10 years of promises of social tenancy agreements

Information is being spread on social networks that doctors were allegedly kicked out of their service apartments on the orders of medical workers in the village of Tavrichanka in the Nadezhdinsky District of Primorye, which they promised to provide under a social tenancy agreement, the DEITA news agency reports. .RU.

It is reported that in 2014, Tavrichanka doctors were allocated 15 apartments in house No. 2 on Karl Marx Street, where the rural clinic was previously located. The head of the municipality and the chief physician of the Central District Hospital, Nadezhda, has been assuring people for ten years that the village administration will convert the building into residential and the documents are in the process of being processed. In 2020, the hospital management moved the building to the district, and in July 2024, doctors saw an announcement at the entrance to the building asking them to vacate the building by September 1.

The remaining illegal residents agreed to meet with the heads of the regions, and the head of the city department, Lyubov Napolova, was present at the meeting on August 1. Since 2014, doctors have been submitting a request to the Central Regional Hospital officials to the Tabrichi administration to transfer the building to the residential category and an order to implement this request. However, officials rejected the doctor's request, citing the high cost of the process of changing the building's category. Residents will be able to live in the building until October 15, 2024, after which the building will be decommissioned and put up for auction.

However, on October 1, the building was de-energized, and on October 14, the heating networks were turned off. After talking to officials in August, doctors unsuccessfully tried to contact the governor. Now paramedics and nurses of the central district hospital are trying to cause a public outcry about the situation on social networks in the hope of attracting the attention of their superiors and other authorities.

It should be noted that the village of Tavrichanka already has problems with medicine. After the death of a six-year-old boy, to whom the ambulance did not have time to get, representatives of the Ministry of Health held a meeting with: Doctors spoke about the lack of official transport, drivers, paramedics and the depressing conditions in the Nadezhdinskaya Central Regional Hospital. If the doctors, left without a home, are forced to resign, the medical situation in the village could turn catastrophic.
