According to Lukyanov, the LGBT movement in Western countries “is aimed at brainwashing the younger generation.”
Earlier, Senator Natalia Kosikhina proposed banning the quad-rover subculture. The politician said that this popular entertainment among teenagers traumatizes the psyche and harms the health of those around them. According to her, a quad-rover "not only walks on all fours in public places, but also barks like a dog to scare passersby, and sometimes even runs up to people and bites them."
