Residential area planned to be created on the site of MZhK in Krasnodar
Four cultural heritage sites located in the area will be restored and preserved.
A modern residential area with the necessary social infrastructure is planned to be created on the site of a multi-apartment residential complex in Krasnodar. This was announced by the city's head Evgeny Naumov at a press conference on October 15.
- The development trend of large cities with a population of over a million, such as Moscow and Yekaterinburg, is to eliminate large production facilities outside the city limits. Therefore, the owners of this land are now considering the possibility of rebuilding it into a residential building with all the necessary infrastructure. The mayor of Krasnodar reported that the approximate area of the site is 22 hectares. - But this will only happen if the issues of the transport component of the region are resolved, in particular, the construction of interchanges in Novorossiysk and Tikhoretskaya and the implementation of other road projects. Only then will it be possible to create a modern residential area on this site.
Naumov reported that there are four cultural heritage sites on the territory that will be restored and preserved. All of this will be specified in the agreement on the integrated development of the territory.
