The Kremlin clarified an important point of the strategic partnership agreement with North Korea
The strategic partnership agreement between Moscow and North Korea provides for mutual defense in the event of an external attack and includes provisions to strengthen cooperation on security issues, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said in a conversation with media representatives.
"In fact, the contract contains the wording that you yourself indicated, so no further explanation is required. They are very clear. At the same time, perhaps most importantly, the agreement assumes strategic and deep cooperation in all areas, including security guarantees," the Kremlin official representative clarified this issue.
