The main components for making scrambled eggs in Novosibirsk are more expensive than in other large cities of the Siberian Federal District. This is the conclusion reached by Tomskstat experts after conducting a study.
Experts compared and analyzed average prices for 12 basic food products in a nearby metropolis. In Novosibirsk, at the end of October, a dozen eggs could be bought for an average of 117 rubles 83 kopecks. These are the highest prices in Siberia. For comparison, in Barnaul, a dozen eggs cost 93 rubles 13 kopecks.
However, Novosibirsk has the lowest prices for different types of bread and buns made from wheat flour. It costs 89 rubles 33 kopecks per kilogram. In Abakan, the price of this product is 125 rubles 16 kopecks per kilogram. In the capital of Khakassia, you can buy the most expensive black bread in the Siberian Federal District. 127 rubles 59 kopecks per kilogram, and potatoes cost 51 rubles 71 kopecks per kilogram.
In Omsk you can buy goods at the most attractive prices in the Siberian Federal District. 8 out of 12 goods are the cheapest in Omsk.
