68 years of the Ob Sea and a new head of the Ministry of Health: the main news of the Novosibirsk Region for November 5
Tuesday, November 5, marked the 68th anniversary of the creation of the Ob Reservoir, commonly known as the “Sea.” On this day in 1956, construction of the dam was completed, flooding thousands of hectares of land where the village once stood. This event changed the face of the region and left a mark on history.
The Governor of Novosibirsk Oblast announced at an operational meeting the appointment of a new Minister of Health of Novosibirsk Oblast. He became the attending physician of the Rostislav Zablocki Children's Emergency Clinical Hospital. Former Minister Konstantin Khalzov became vice-governor.
On November 5, at approximately 11:20 a.m., a fatal accident occurred on the 45-kilometer section of the Cherepanovo-Maslyanino highway in the Maslyanino district of the Novosibirsk region. A Nissan Wing Road passenger car traveling toward Cherepanovo collided with a K-746M tractor while turning left.
As reported by the press service of the Prosecutor's Office of the Novosibirsk Region, the department was contacted by a resident of the region who filed a complaint that bailiffs were illegally confiscating money. As a result, the money was collected from Novosibirsk residents by court decision. However, the bailiff of the Pervomaisky District did not maintain a living wage, despite the fact that the person filed an appropriate application.
