«Насмотрелись сериалов»: Чтобы не отдавать сыну две квартиры, пенсионерка заказала его убийство
The phone rang. The woman answered it anxiously. She had been waiting for this call for a long time.
That was the password. And now the work was finally over. A few seconds later the phone rang again. A message. A photo appeared on the phone screen. A man was lying in the snow with a bullet in his head. The same thing. A terrible sight!
And that meant donating money. Just in case, the woman counts the five-thousand-ruble notes in the pack again, puts them in her bag and leaves the house.
Muscovite Ruslan Alaev (names and surnames of all characters - author) took part in the case. At least, that's what everyone thought. When things went well, I bought several apartments in different parts of the capital. And in 2012, he was suddenly convicted.
"The man was found guilty of several charges of drug trafficking and attempted drug trafficking by prior conspiracy. He was sentenced to 16 years in prison," a law enforcement official told KP.
In October 2023, Ruslan was released from the colony on parole. I returned to Moscow and was amazed.
In fact, even before the decision was made, the man transferred all of his real estate to his mother. (By the way, the law does not prohibit notarial transactions even while in prison. — Ed.). Despite the fact that Alaev himself was married, and had a son in that marriage, he trusted only his mother. Perhaps he hoped that his wife would not do anything with the expensive Moscow square meters while he was sitting there.
"But after his release, the man discovered that his mother had sold two of his four apartments in recent years," the source continues. "She explained it very simply. Since the head of the family had gone to prison, she, her daughter-in-law, and her young grandson had to survive somehow.
At first glance, this sounded logical. But Ruslan got angry when he found out how much he got for his property. He was sure that he had lost at least several million rubles because the apartment was sold cheaply. Because of this, he began to quarrel with his mother and repeatedly reminded her that she was such a cheapskate.
"He also demanded that the woman return the remaining two apartments to him by making a reverse transfer transaction," our interlocutor said. - And she... refused.
My mother's heart believed that nothing good would come of this luck. Her beloved son would once again cause trouble somewhere and leave his less beloved grandson without an inheritance. On this basis, the scandal began with renewed vigor. Ruslan psychologically pressured, demanded and demanded. And at some point, pensioner Leyla Alayeva decided that her son should be killed. I thought about this for a long time and shared my thoughts with a friend when I was visiting her one day.
Leila once met Olga Rukavishnikova at the Velozavodsky market (not far from Dubrovka). Olga was selling meat there, and Leila was her regular customer. We talked about different things and eventually became real friends. Despite the age difference (Alayeva is 68, Rukavishnikova is 51).
"During her time working at the market, the woman acquired a variety of contacts," our interlocutor explains. "She decides to approach a friend who works for the authorities with an offer to become a killer...
Of course, it sounds as strange as possible that the broker suggested hiring a security officer to play the role of the killer. But in her world, it was absolutely logical. In general, during the investigation, many people got the impression that the pensioner and her friend were watching a crime series. Because at some point they started playing a real "spy" game.
- For example, in order not to say "unnecessary" words out loud when explaining the task to the "killer", Rukavishnikova put two fingers to her head. This meant that the unfortunate man had to be shot. Then, when discussing the cost of the order, she promised "a piece of beef". This means 1 million rubles. And when he finished, he should call her again and say: "The bananas are ripe." In other words, it was a full-fledged encryption system!
The man did not agree right away. They tried to persuade him for almost a month and a half. As a result, they shook hands. The "killer" received a photo of Ruslan and, naturally, immediately reported everything to the Investigative Committee. When Ruslan heard about the assassination attempt, it was a huge blow to him. He did not expect this from his mother.
The man was asked to play along. I had to take great pictures to report what the "hired killers" had done. Alaev was lying in the snow with a bullet in his head. The makeup artists had to work hard.
And when Rukavishnikova received the photos of the "body" and brought her friend the first tranche of 500 thousand rubles, she was immediately detained by agents. The next to be taken was pensioner Leyla Alayeva. Both men have been arrested since January of this year.
"The criminal case, approved by the Moscow prosecutor's office, has been transferred to court for consideration on the merits," Lyudmila Nefedova, head of the press service of the Moscow prosecutor's office, told KP. "The defendants have been charged with attempted murder for hire, as well as aiding and abetting attempted murder.
"Considering that this is an attempt, you can get no more than three-quarters of the maximum possible punishment," explains lawyer Vadim Bagaturia. - Under the article "Murder", this is from 8 to 20 years. Thus, one third of these sentences is imprisonment for up to 15 years. Considering that the elderly woman is the organizer, and her friend is an accomplice, we assume that the elderly woman can be sentenced to 8-9 years in prison, and the second - to 10-12 years. However, if this is some kind of family story, then often the victim makes peace with the defendant and goes to court without filing any complaints. After all, this is your son! However, if it is proven that this contract killing was committed for mercenary reasons, he faces a full term of 12 to 15 years in prison.
Why did your friend need this?
Pensioner Alayeva was sure that Rukavishnikova was helping her solely because of friendship. However, this turned out to be untrue. Olga (after all, she has been in trade for many years!) tells Leyla that the killer demanded 2 million rubles, and she herself promised only half of this amount. So she could personally earn a million dollars from this murder.
