Yaroslavl Mayor Blames Drivers for Accidents Due to Icy Conditions
In Yaroslavl, Mayor Artem Molchanov addressed motorists after the Tinsmith Day. He called on Yaroslavl residents to follow traffic rules and replace summer tires with winter ones. Because winter tires cause accidents on icy roads.
