PERM Krai, November 4, FederalPress. Bad weather in Perm Krai in early November led to power grid failures in a number of districts of the region, including Berezniki, Solikamsk, Cherdyn and Krasnovishersk.
On the evening of November 2, the area experienced a power outage. According to authorities, the damaged section extends for up to 10 km. The Izver water intake was stopped due to a sudden power outage. In several areas of Berezniki, residential buildings and social facilities were left without water, and in several populated areas, electricity was lost.
According to Kazachenko, specialists are restoring power supply to water intakes, and water supply to social facilities and residential buildings has been organized. In connection with the emergency situation in the city, the authorities have created an operational headquarters in the city.
In Solikamsk district, in some settlements of our region, electricity and water were cut off due to adverse weather conditions. Strong gusts of wind tore down power lines, leaving residents without electricity.
Repair work has begun in the villages of Gorodishche, Polovodovo, Chernoye, M. Gorodishche, Basim, Tokhtuyeva, Sela, Chertezh, Zaton, Tyulkino and Vilva. This is being carried out by the company Rosseti and is controlled by the regional Ministry of Housing.
The head of the municipality, Alexander Rusanova, reported on his Telegram channel that some sections of the power grid restored during repairs were unable to maintain voltage.
In the city limits of Cherdyn, the wind knocked down trees that fell on concrete supports of power lines and broke. This line supplies the settlements of Ryabinino, Urol and Kornino.
According to the district mayor Anna Batagoba, after the accident, the voltage in the residents' homes was reduced or the electricity was completely disconnected. Restoration work has already begun. Today we plan to disconnect the electricity in this area for four hours to carry out scheduled work to restore the power supply.
In addition, the head of the Krasnovishersky District Administration, Yevgeny Vereshchagin, reported on his social network page that power lines were cut in several places due to wet snow that had accumulated on the wires. In particular, residents of the UZhD microdistrict and the villages of Vysherogrsk and Ust-Yazva were left without electricity. Rescuers began to control the accident. Special equipment was sent to city roads to clear the snow.
The Governor of Perm Krai has not yet responded to the energy incident in the northern part of the region.
