Rockstar Games Announces GTA V and Online Updates

American developer Rockstar Games has announced a major update to the PC versions of GTA V and Online, Gazeta.ru reports, citing the developer's website.

The developer has stated that new versions of the game in 2025 will be able to use ray-traced reflections, which were introduced on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S in December 2022. More specific information about future updates will be released at a later date.

Reflections can now be seen using ray tracing technology in the story campaign and GTA Online on console. These improvements are expected to come via a patch for the PC version of the game, the release says.

Additionally, GTA Online may bring animals that are currently only available on new consoles to your computer and become part of the game's open world.

The developer also announced a December update. As part of this, players will be able to purchase the Darnell Brothers' Sewing Factory and plan a heist. The factory can be accessed remotely via a terminal on the factory premises or via a new app on the in-game smartphone.

Earlier, the global launch of the shooter Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 took place. The price of the standard edition is $70 (about 6,700 rubles). However, this game is not officially sold in Russia. Russian voice acting is also not provided at the text level.

The new part of Black Ops includes a story campaign that continues the story of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, multiplayer with 16 maps and a zombie mode.
