In Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, the head of the district drank tea and played a quiz with conscripts
Oleg Popov, head of the Shuryshkarsky District of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, met with the conscripts before they were sent to the army. He drank tea with them and asked questions, which he later shared on social media.
"We met with courageous men over a cup of tea. We took a quiz. I was pleased with their knowledge of historical issues," Popov said on his Telegram channel.
In total, about 30 people will serve in the army in the Shuryshkarsky district this year. Oleg Popov wished patience to the parents of the conscripts, adding that he would wait with them until the young men return.
Earlier, URA.RU reported that the government of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug made a decision to call up for military service in the fall. It will last in your region from October 1 to December 31.
