Primorye government buys temporary bridges
The Primorye Ministry of Transport purchased 36 packages of superstructures (Pk21) for the construction of temporary bridges. The initial cost of the contract was 114 million rubles, but during the bidding it was reduced by at least 20%.
Bids were received from three companies, whose names have not yet been disclosed. During the bidding, they reduced the initial contract price by almost a quarter.
All expenses for transportation, loading and unloading of the Products shall be borne by the Supplier. According to the contract, the supplier must fully comply with the rules for transportation and safety of the goods until their delivery to the customer. 90 days are allocated from the moment of conclusion of the contract until the moment of delivery.
According to the technical specifications, each set of spans must be accompanied by a passport, certificate of conformity and other documents confirming its quality. The structure must be made of steel according to GOST 27772-2021 and correspond to the drawings.
According to the document, the span will be used to build temporary bridges, which have become increasingly popular on Primorye roads in recent years. For example, not long ago, the bridge on the Osinovka-Rudnaya Pristan highway near the village of Starogordeyevka was closed. These restrictions significantly complicated transport links between the northern regions (Kavalerovo, Dalnegorsk, Terney, Chuguevka) and the rest of Primorye. The authorities reported that they can now extend the route to this location, as well as to Arsenyev via Spassk, by more than 200 km.
