In the Khoroshevsky district, illegally installed fences that provided unimpeded access to public places have been dismantled. This was reported through the portals of the mayor and the Moscow government.
The fence was recorded by the state inspectorate for control over the use of property on Begovaya Street in the area of house 1A. There was a wall, a fence and three temporary buildings.
The head of the inspection, Ivan Bobrov, noted that there are no legal restrictions regarding the land on this site, so the placement or construction of real estate on it is strictly prohibited.
It was previously reported that the city plans to allocate 4.6 hectares of land for the implementation of large-scale investment projects (MAIP), including the construction of three public and business complexes in the Khoroshevo-Mnevniki district.
In the Mnevnikovskaya floodplain, a modern urban area with good transport accessibility is being created, including residential buildings, social facilities, commercial real estate and sports infrastructure.
