200 students attended the DOM.RF intensive training course “Strive for more” in Voronezh
In Voronezh, a gathering of DOM.RF employees "Strive for more" was held, in which 200 students from city universities and colleges took part, including VSU, VSAU, VSUIT, REU. G.V. Plekhanov, VGPGK, KITIF and others.
During the intensive course, the Development Institute selected 21 students to undergo a paid internship under the SPRINT program of DOM.RF Bank.
Representatives of the career development and employer branding center DOM.RF introduced the focus participants to the state company's office in Voronezh and told them about career opportunities and youth programs of DOM.RF. The students also learned about the possibilities of obtaining a mortgage loan and the problems they currently face when obtaining a mortgage loan. In addition, current employees of state enterprises shared stories of their career success. Quizzes and logic games were held during the intensive classes. Three leading teams of players received prizes from DOM.RF as prizes.
"Voronezh is the "main" region where DOM.RF trains its employees, regularly holds professional events for students and organizes internships. Voronezh State University has a master's program "Banking Contract Support". This is one of six cities where PROEKT.F is available for students and young specialists in the field of project financing. We hope that the students selected for the intensive course "Strive for More" will successfully complete their internship under the SPRINT program and strengthen the Voronezh branch of DOM.RF with young talents," said Zakhar, Director of HR and Operational Efficiency of DOM. As part of the intensive strengthening, the event "One-day offer" was held. Many students passed an urgent interview and were ready to offer their candidacy for interviews with the heads of various departments of DOM.RF. Here, candidates for an internship under the SPRINT program were also selected. The selection was attended by third- and fourth-year undergraduate students, postgraduate students and college graduates who received specialized education in the field of economics, management, personnel management and information technology.
Participants of the intensive course submitted more than 30 applications. Following the selection, 21 students were invited to the internship, including 14 in the direction of "Economics and Finance", 4 in the direction of "Human Resources Management" and 3 in the direction of "Information Technology".
The four-month SPRINT internship program takes place in Moscow and Voronezh in the fields of IT, finance, risks, analytics, real estate, customer service, law, HR management and marketing.
