Yekaterinburg's Gortrans lost three multimillion-dollar lawsuits to energy companies in a month
Yekaterinburg, October 17, FederalPress. "Yekaterinburg Gortrans" lost a lawsuit against "Yekaterinburgenergosbyt" to recover a debt exceeding 28 million rubles. The information appeared in the materials of the arbitration case.
The power engineers demanded almost 28.4 million rubles. This is the third claim against Gortrans that has been satisfied in the last month. The merits of the case were considered in just one session.
A week ago, a similar decision was made on another lawsuit totaling almost 29.8 million. The full text has not yet been made public.
Finally, at the end of September, Yekaterinburgenergosbyt won a lawsuit related to May debts in the amount of almost 27.1 million rubles. At the same time, the fine during the consideration of the lawsuit increased from less than a million to almost 3.1 million rubles.
There are no enforcement proceedings yet on the claims of Yekaterinburgenergosbyt and the blocking of Gortrans accounts.
FederalPress recalls that the Yekaterinburg administration had previously promised not to repeat the situation in 2021, when Gortrans cut off electricity due to debts.
