In addition, the Central Bank of Russia is considering the possibility of using QR codes for one-time payments. The bill is almost ready and will soon be sent for interdepartmental approval.
Nabiullina noted that after discussing various options, they decided to choose one QR code, considering it the most correct solution.
Earlier, the central bank said that Russia's largest banks should provide customers with the ability to conduct transactions in the digital ruble by July 1 next year.
